There is a sacredness in taking the time to bring a prayer to life. So I ask you: now that you have the opportunity to create one, what would you say? What type of energy do you wish to materialize through your words? What are you offering for the world to receive?

Before you begin, I invite you to arrive here fully. Anchor your attention to the words you are about to share or read, and let their power flow into your heart. This is a spiritual practice. Allow it to act as a balm, capable of providing clarity in a fast-paced reality.

I ask for your guidance,

for a journey filled with consciousness,

for my steps to echo your voice

and my words to bring your light to this world.

Please help me bring love to the tough edges of myself.

Allow me to nourish my shadows with your understanding.

I ask you to touch my days so that I see reality

with the eyes of my spirit, through your eyes.

I ask you to hold my heart,

teach me how to encounter kindness

in the toughest of spaces.

Help me take away the fear of my greatness

and every time I start hiding,

remind me that I am in you as you are in me.

May your will be made, may I learn how to trust you

every moment of every day,

and, when I stumble in life,

may your presence fill my mind, body and soul

so that I surrender to your presence and dive in your grace.

May I serve you to the best of my abilities

and may today bring these words of love to my reality.
